A Recap of The Bachelor From A Guy – Episode 6

Cocktail Party

Now with Tam Tam gone gone, the cocktail party was… well… drama free. So ummm… Let’s just move on, I guess?

Rose Ceremony

This was a quick rose ceremony because there were only three roses to give for 5 girls. And they were handed out like this:

  • Kelsey
  • Natasha

How many roses we got left, Chris Harrison? “Ladies, Peter, this is the final rose of the evening.”

  • Kelley

NOOOOOOOOOOOOO! MYkenna was sent home! And even if you were watching this episode with the sound and closed captioning turned off, you still would’ve known this based solely on Mykenna’s facial expressions.

My sweet Mykenna literally Animorphed into emojis.

A lot of people ask me (mostly just my wife), how can you LIKE Mykenna? And my answer came in the form of her being sent home. Because not only was she truly devastated, but all the other girls were devastated as well. Outside of that varsity wrestler Tammy, Mykenna was revered in that house. She was always sweet and innocent and a couple of girls felt like they could prey on her for that. I also loved her interaction with Peter on the way out the door. So gracious, so kind, so supportive and Peter and his feelings, instead of turning selfish and turning her exit about her. She’s not The Bachelor, and she knew that.

If you’re wondering how I feel about Mykenna leaving, this was me for the rest of the episode:

Oh, also, Oreo Girl was sent home too. So that was a plus, I guess?

If you’re wondering how I feel about lonely bathroom eating, yearbook Prom Queen and Senior Superlative winning Oreo Girl leaving:

After the losers left, Peter yelled “group hug!” and brought the remaining girls in for one of the more awkward group hugs you’ll ever see in your life, further proving Peter’s tone-deafness. What a guy, that Peter.
