The Titans Franchise Tagged Derrick Henry… Let’s PARTY!
I’m going to be 1000% honest here. Korked Bats is your #1 biggest Derrick Henry fansite on the Internet. So with the news that the Tennessee Titans are franchise tagging him, they’ve decided to literally run it back with the NFL’s rushing leader last year.
I don’t know what it is about this dude that makes me so obsessed. His build?
His swag?
The way he runs?
His hair?
The fact that he led the NFL in rushing last year and did so with only 303 carries? Yes, his 303 carries led the league, but even with those carries, he still finished 4th in yards per attempt. And almost 10 yards better in yards per game (102.7) than the second place finisher, Nick Chubb (93.4).
Or maybe it’s just all of the above? I mean, for the last ten minutes, I’ve been trying to think of a better player in the history of the sport and no one is coming to mind. It’s weird. We stan Derrick Henry.
And if you think this site is a bandwagon Derrick Henry jumper, that couldn’t be further from the truth.
