The Ryan Tannehill NFL Geography Map
Ryan Tannehill’s NFL knowledge was brought to light on HBO’s Hard Knocks. Miami’s rookie quarterback admitted to not following the NFL much while growing up, saying:
“I wasn’t a huge pro fan growing up; I wasn’t loyal to any one team,” said Tannehill, “so I don’t really know the divisions, and even really conferences. I know most of the conferences but some of those, I really have no clue. And they don’t make sense. You have the AFC East, and we’re freaking in the bottom of the map, and the directions don’t make any sense where the teams actually are.”
Dolphins quarterback Matt Moore then quizzed Tannehill, asking which teams played in the NFC East. He answered, “Chiefs?” Tannehill also said he thought the Vikings and Packers played in the same division as the Giants.
You may think he’s crazy. But when you take a look at the Ryan Tannehill NFL Geography Map, it all makes a lot more sense, and you realize he’s, in fact, spot on with every claim.
