The third installment of the Transformers trilogy was released against our will earlier this week. In honor of this historical mind punching anti-climatic occasion, we wanted to share with you a great video.

With his obsession with good scripts, explosions, overly attractive women, slow motion shots, and lack of a plot, movie director Michael Bay, as you may have guessed, eats cereal the same way he shoots his movie. In fact, this really helps explain a lot.
