EXCLUSIVE: Notre Dame QB Tommy Rees Moments Before Getting Arrested

We’ve obtained this photo that was taken moments before Notre Dame QB Tommy Rees was arrested on charges of resisting law enforcement, felony battery to law enforcement, minor consumption and public intoxication. For the first time since Lou Holtz coached Notre Dame in the early 90’s, Rees put the fighting back in Fighting Irish.
