What Twitter Said About Mike Fiers After The Astros Punishment Broke

In case you haven’t heard by now, the Houston Astros cheated in 2017. The same year they happened to win their franchise’s first world championship.

Today, Major League Baseball dropped the hammer on them with a list of punishments for the entire franchise.

And then shortly after…

The Astros then fired general manager Jeff Lunhow and manager A.J. Hinch. If you walk backwards to the beginning of the story, you’ll essentially find one man responsible for peeling back the curtain on the Astros video/banging on a trash can room.

And that man behind is named Mike Fiers.

Former Houston Astros pitcher and current Oakland A’s pitcher Mike Fiers is responsible for being the one to oust the Astros organization and the elaborate set up they had to steal signs using video and a trash can to bang on to inform hitters about what pitch was coming.

So obviously is the most hated man in Houston since Bill O’Brien (yesterday). With all the hate he’s getting on Twitter right now, you’d assume he was the one who blew a 24-0 lead to the Chiefs yesterday.

I went ahead and collected some tweets to show you what people on Twitter are saying about Mike Fiers right now.

And you know Trevor Bauer had to take time to put his drone down and thumb out a tweet…
