We Think the Opening Credits for BLACK WIDOW Absolutely Slap…and Twitter Agrees

It’s the end of ‘Black Widow’s’ opening weekend, and I think it’s safe to say that theaters and the MCU are officially back open for business. It absolutely cleaned up the competition and set the box office on fire.

#BlackWidow has earned $218M+ in its worldwide opening weekend.

– $78M at international box office
– $60M+ on Disney+ Premier Access

The movie is great from top-to-bottom, but we couldn’t help but notice that it has perhaps the best opening credits of any MCU film.

We aren’t the only ones either. The opening credit scene, featuring a cover of Nirvana’s Smells Like Teen Spirit and a montage that looks straight out of Metal Gear Solid game, also caught the eyes of many of our fellow Movie-Tweeter-Abouters:
