Charles Barkley has always talked a lot of smack on the city of San Antonio. Now with the Spurs in the Western Conference Finals (again), the smack talk has picked back up.However, this time, San Antonio’s mayor, Julián Castro, backs up his city with a little rebuttal to Weight Watchers’ finest.
