Rejected 2015 MLB All-Star Game Logos
The Cincinnati Reds, host of the 2015 MLB All-Star Game, recently unveiled the logo for the event. However, like most logos, there were many ideas that fell by the wayside. Luckily, we were able to obtain copies of the logos that didn’t make the cut.
Here are the rejected 2015 MLB All-Star Game logos:
This is basically the same logo, only this logo let itself go. It’s probably going through a bad breakup or something.

This logo is pissed off at how poorly the Reds have been playing since the All-Star break. It’s like, c’mon guys! Getting swept by the Brewers and Yankees? And losing series to the Nationals and Diamondbacks? The friggin’ Diamondbacks?! What’s next? Dropping a series to Elder High?

This logo pays homage to the great Ken Griffey Jr. However, they couldn’t use this logo, because it kept going on the DL.

This logo pays homage to the old Kenner Products company in Cincinnati. The company was founded in 1947 by brothers Albert, Phillip, and Joseph L. Steiner, and made toys and games for every little boy and girl… until Hasbro bought it, monopolizing the toy industry.

This logo was referred to as the Youth Pastor.

This is basically the same logo, just covered in chili. Perfect for Cincinnati.

Wait… Is that the Pringles guy?

This logo included the extremely controversial 2015 MLB All-Star Game mascot, Base Hit-ler. You can probably guess how it got declined. Yup, it had that Michael Jordan-Hanes commercial mustache. People in Ohio HATE Michael Jordan.

Many people in the Reds organization made bets that this logo would be the one chosen. Unfortunately, after word came out about the wager, this logo was banned from Major League Baseball forever.
