Nike’s New LeBron James Commercial Will Give You Chills [VIDEO]
Nike’s commercials give you chills like being in the presence of Chris “Birdman” Andersen gives you STD’s. Their latest features the return of LeBron James to the Cleveland Cavaliers, and the entire city rallying behind him and the team.
Here are a few thoughts:
- Guess Cleveland has forgiven him for quitting in Game 5 of the 2010 Eastern Conference Finals.
- Brian Hoyer tried to throw a rally like this before the Browns’ season, but it was intercepted and returned for a touchdown.
- The first couple people were the remaining Cavaliers fans… The rest were last year’s Miami Heat fans.
- The Cavaliers were later given a technical foul for “too many men on the court.”
- A guy from ten blocks away from the stadium, “I’m sorry, LeBron, but can you speak up?!”
- Los Angeles Lakers team chant: “1-2-3, HARD WORK! 4-5-6, ONLY KOBE!”
- Cleveland Cavaliers basketball: Amazing. Cleveland Cavaliers stadium security: Awful.
- The people in this commercial aren’t Cleveland residents, they’re every Browns starting quarterback since 1999.
