Mock Draft Guys Are The Worst
“Let me read your latest mock draft,” is a phrase no one has ever said. Ever.
And if they have, they’re not worth hanging out with.
It is currently the holiday season for Mock Draft Guys. Every day is their Christmas and they are capitalizing more than most corporations do during the actual Christmas season. They run more rampant as cicadas, and they’re twice as annoying. Every day there’s a new mock draft. Every day there’s an update based on info that probably has nothing to do with the actual NFL Draft. They also think they sound cooler when they just call it a ‘mock.’ “Hey, check out my latest mock!”
We make fun of fortune-tellers all the time, so why don’t we clown Mock Draft guys more too? These dweebs think they can predict what’s going to happen in the NFL Draft when in reality, no one ever does. Weathermen have a better hit rate with predictions than your everyday football geek with a blog.
