Michigan State Has Got THABEET! Yeah!

Well, all the experts picked UConn to advance to the National Title. All the experts praised UConn all week giving no chance to Michigan State. Well apparently the experts have never seen ‘300’!

The game was close throughout until Michigan State, in front of the 72,000 fans (mostly Spartan fans), started pulling away. Michigan State is the first team to play in a Final Four in their home state in 15 years.

After being up only 2 points at the half, Michigan State started to inch away at about the 13 minute mark. With just under 6 minutes, Durrell Summers told Stanley Robinson, “Dunk you very much for coming out. Better luck next year!” (See picture above)

Ok, that was a lie. Although clever and really convenient, he really didn’t say anything while dunking. The only noise he made while going Aaron Carter over Robinson, was actually the same noise that Tie Fighters from Star Wars make.

However, one thing is for sure. That dunk turned out to be the nail in the coffin.

It was apparent that Michigan State really had the Magic tonight as they secured themselves a spot in the 2009 National Title Game on Monday night.

the national media has been ignorant to michigan state all season. of course they do play a boring brand of basketball and the big 10 isn’t what it used to be when indiana had a formidable program. but, izzo is as good as there is in the game, they have experience and a heck of a lot of talent.

i wouldn’t be too too surprised to see the spartans pull it out tonight. call me crazy but i wouldn’t bet against izzo.
