Korked Bets: NFL Week 10
Snow at Lambeau. It’s officially football season. Let’s make some money so you can kick that thermostat up a couple of degrees on us. As usual, I’ll give my six favorites this week along with a three-pick parlay that is allegedly guaranteed to win this week. Also, introducing the Dog Of The Week!
Saints @ Titans Line: TEN -3
This is a game that really has America split. Both teams are not healthy and will be missing their stars. I expect this to be low scoring, but have to put my money on the Titans. They’ve already beaten some of the best teams in the league and should be able to beat a team without a real NFL quarterback by 3. Titan Up.
Pick: TEN -3 Titans 20 Saints 13
Buccaneers @ Football Team Line: TB -10
The Football Team’s defense isn’t what it was last year. Tom and Company should be able to put up enough points to cover even this one that reached double digits.
Pick: TB -10 Buccaneers 31 Football Team 20
Browns @ Patriots Line: NE -2.5
I was liking the Browns in this game and would have taken them if Nick Chubb was playing in the game. However, he isn’t. So, I’m not. I trust Bill to come up with a gameplan to stop the run and put the game in Baker’s hands. Statement game for Mayfield who’s looking for that big deal, but I think they slip here.
Pick: NE -2.5 Patriots 23 Browns 20
Vikings @ Chargers Line: LAC -3
I love the over in this game. But if we’re talking spread, I think the Chargers are the better team. Vikings always seem to keep it close and find new ways to lose and new ways to win. That seems to be an attractive trait to the Chargers as well, who have had a couple of games like that of their own this year. The Vikings just can’t be trusted. Not with our hard earned money. Chargers win and cover.
Pick: LAC -3 Chargers 33 Vikings 28
Chiefs @ Raiders Line: KC -2.5
I will keep betting on the Chiefs. They’re bound to wake up sooner than later, right? Right?? RIGHT??? The Raiders have had extra motivation since giving Gruden the boot, but my money says the Chiefs make their return this week against a team who’s had their number in the past. Raiders will keep it close, but Chiefs win and cover.
Pick: KC -2.5 Chiefs 30 Raiders 26
Rams @ 49ers Line: LAR -3.5
These two are known to have great games against each other. The coaches take this in division match up seriously. That’s why the spread is so low. I don’t buy it. The Rams are the much better team. Even though beat up, they’ll still win and cover here.

Parlay: Buccaneers, Chiefs, Rams
Dog Of The Week: the Steelers are without Big Ben against the Lions this week. If the Lions are going to win a game this year it has to be this one. They’re fresh off the bye, and need it badly. Otherwise another winless season is in their forecast. Yikes.
