Crap… Monday is here. I friggin’ hate Mondays. Mondays is like the Jan Brady of days of the week. Mondays are like the Minnesota Timberwolves of days of the week. Mondays are like Ocean’s 12 of days of the week. Mondays are like the Honda Civic of days of the week. Mondays are like the Rene Zellwinger of days of the week.
They are just so boring and pointless.

This was much bigger news in April after Opening Day in New York, but we at Korked Bats just heard about this, and we knew we must share for anyone else who hasn’t seen this. Chan Ho Park is a relief pitcher for the New York Yankees and had a rough outing on Opening Day this year. A rough outing in more ways than one. Check out his reasoning for not pitching well.

We Don’t Want To Get Political, But This Is Funny
Although I have thought about starting a comedic political sister site to Korked Bats, calling it Hanging Chads, I know nothing about politics and it’d probably be best I leave that job to the professionals. However, I did come accross this well-made video that is just funny no matter what political party you are affiliated with. We can all relate to this video.

Get Off Facebook To Go Watch Facebook
Instead of wasting your time at home on your computer on Facebook, why not go to the movies and waste your time watching a movie about Facebook? This movie The Social Network is the true story about the creation of Facebook. This preview looks good and personally, I am excited to see this film. This also makes me glad that they aren’t making a movie about MySpace. Although, I would like to watch a movie about Twitter… I could watch it in half the time. Although, it may be hard to keep up with the 140 characters that the movie would probably include.
